It is situated directly on stunning Kennebec Lake with 200ft of private waterfront and forested land. Tons of privacy and quiet relaxation awaits you.

Key features include a large open concept “Great Room’, gorgeous wood burning fire place, spacious master bedroom with en-suite and jacuzzi tub, air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen (spices, cooking oil, pots, plates etc – you just need to bring food and drinks! ), dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, 2 full bathrooms, bbq, huge 2 tiered deck connected to both the great room and master bedroom, additional large tiered deck right on the water, wifi, tv channels and dvd player, separate family/tv room, long private dock with great deep swimming and use of kayak, canoe, floaters and water foam lily pad and a hot tub (with conditions). Marina on the lake that rents boats and fishing equipment (check with them directly for availability).

Kennebec Cottage has room for six people to sleep comfortably. Four bedrooms (including a main suite with its own bathroom and jet tub!), 3 queen beds, 1 double, two single (bunk beds).

Cottage is located in a stunning location that is both peaceful and private and situated across from hundreds of acres of spectacularly beautiful crown land with rocks that will take your breath away.
Very few cottages near by so you will have lots of privacy. Ice and regular fishing on the lake and nature trails close by. There is a Marina less than 5 minute drive away that rents various types of boats and fishing gear. Please check in advance with them for availability. There is also a convenience store located there (summer only).
